Airlines are hardly famed for their customer service, but this letter takes the biscuit.
A United Airlines customer recently complained to the company about his experience, and received this slightly disjointed letter as a response.
The poor customer care manager, whose name has mercifully been blanked out, clearly forgot to fill in the variables before sending it out, and in doing so revealed to the world how much ‘care’ really goes into these letters.
The receiver uploaded the image to Reddit, where the abuse for United Airlines promptly started flowing in.
One comment simply stated: ‘(SPECIFIC CURSE WORD) you, United Airlines.’
